We are happy to release the 2015 IOOS Report to Congress. This report details continuing activities and processes in implementing the 2009 Integrated Coastal and Ocean Observing System (ICOOS) Act, which authorized the establishment of a national ocean observing system - IOOS. This report is produced every two years, and this is the third produced under the IOOS program. It covers program updates and milestones for 2013-2014.
